Several ticket panels per server

A server can now run as many ticket panels as it needs on Plus and Ultimate, for example one for support and one for applications, each in its own channel with its own categories.

Bot

  • FixedDeleting a ticket option no longer breaks its open tickets, and they keep working until they are closed.

Dashboard

  • NewAdd several ticket panels to a server, each with its own channel, message and categories. Your panels are listed beside the one you are editing.
  • FixedPosting a ticket panel again, or moving it to another channel, no longer leaves the old message behind.

Clear plans, safer automation and dependable stream alerts

Every feature now sits on one plan, the same in the bot, the dashboard and on this site, and nothing was deleted: a feature your plan no longer includes keeps its settings until you upgrade. We also went through the features that act on their own. Automated moderation never punishes your owner, staff or bots, roles Unum hands out are only taken back when Unum gave them, and stream go-live alerts now reach every server, never post twice and survive restarts. YouTube chat works like Twitch, Super Chats and bits can earn credits and XP, and a new notification bell keeps your alerts in one place.

Bot

  • NewWarnings can escalate automatically to timeouts, kicks and bans, with presets or your own steps (Plus).
  • NewYouTube Super Chats and Super Stickers trigger the same automations as Twitch bits, and you choose how many bits each dollar counts as.
  • ImprovedServer Guard's /lockdown now holds new joiners on every plan.
  • ImprovedStream alerts follow up to 25 streamers on Plus and as many as you like on Ultimate.
  • Improved/ban can now ban someone who has already left the server.
  • ImprovedLinked Twitch and YouTube accounts now add their XP and credits to your Discord account, and anything earned before linking moves over.
  • ImprovedRaid defense holds new accounts with a timeout you can release instead of banning them, and anti-nuke only alerts on mass bans and kicks unless you turn action on.

A new site, a status page and your data

The public site and docs were rebuilt, a status page shows how Unum is running, and you can now download or delete everything Unum holds about you. Referrals now earn a discount that lasts, and checkout shows what you will pay before you pay it.

Bot

  • NewSocial Feed follows any public Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube, podcast or RSS account and posts its updates into the channel you pick.
  • ImprovedRemoving Unum from a server now cancels its subscription at the end of the paid period, and its data is deleted 30 days later unless you add Unum back.
  • FixedModeration and ticket commands are limited to staff as soon as Unum joins a server.
  • FixedSocial Feed will not let a server follow the same account twice.

Dashboard

  • NewThe Your data page downloads everything Unum holds about you, or deletes it.
  • NewStaff can read closed ticket transcripts from the dashboard. Transcript links are no longer public.
  • NewUsing someone else's referral code takes 10% off everything you pay for as long as you stay subscribed, on top of anything you earn by referring.
  • NewCheckout has a place to enter a referral code before you pay.
  • NewCheckout asks for a billing email, so your receipts reach you.
  • ImprovedSign-in tokens for linked Twitch, YouTube and Kick accounts are now stored encrypted.
  • ImprovedReferrals earn a lasting discount instead of one-off credit: 5% off everything you pay for every 5 people you refer who stay subscribed, up to 25%.

Server logging arrives

Logging records what happens in your server and posts it to the channels you pick, with a dashboard viewer for looking back.

Bot

  • NewLogging posts message deletes, edits and bulk deletes to the channels you choose.
  • NewMember logs tell kicks apart from members who left on their own.
  • NewNickname, server avatar and role changes are logged, with who made them when the audit log shows it.
  • NewChannel, role, server settings, webhook, emoji, integration and invite changes are logged too.

Dashboard

  • NewA log viewer lets you filter past entries.
  • ImprovedLog history is kept for 7 days on Free, 30 on Plus and 90 on Ultimate.
  • ImprovedThe dashboard warns you when the bot cannot read your audit log.
  • FixedClearing the channel on a log route now turns that route off instead of leaving it broken.

Server Guard and server groups

Server Guard protects against raids and nukes, server groups let several servers act as one, and subscriber roles reward the people who support you.

Bot

  • NewServer Guard alerts staff to raids on every plan, and adds anti-nuke and /lockdown on Plus and above.
  • NewServer groups on Ultimate can share XP, Credits and moderation across linked servers.
  • NewSubscriber roles give Twitch and Kick subscribers and YouTube members a Discord role, and /mysubs shows their status.
  • NewCross-channel spam detection catches repeated messages and lets staff reverse the action.
  • NewWerewolf runs a social deduction game with night and day rounds in its own channel.
  • NewServers get a 14-day Ultimate trial when they add Unum.
  • Improved/ban accepts a duration for temporary bans, and /unban lifts a ban early.

Dashboard

Leaderboards and linked accounts

Every server can now publish a leaderboard, members can bring their streaming accounts along, and crews can run a heist together.

Bot

  • New/heist starts a crew heist where members buy gear with Credits and win more.

Dashboard

  • NewMembers can link Twitch, Kick and YouTube accounts so stream chat earns XP and Credits.
  • NewTeam Roles give a Discord role access to chosen dashboard pages without full admin rights.
  • ImprovedPlans are now simply Free, Plus and Ultimate.

Website

  • NewPublic leaderboard pages rank members over any period from the past day to all time.
  • NewLeaderboards show messages, voice time, XP, Credits and invites.

The first version of Unum

The core of Unum came together: stream alerts, XP, Credits, moderation, tickets and automations, alongside welcome messages, giveaways, role menus, verification and more.

Bot

  • NewStream alerts post in Discord when a creator goes live on Twitch, Kick or YouTube.
  • NewLive roles give linked streamers a role while they are live, managed with /link.
  • NewXP and leveling reward activity with level-up messages and role rewards.
  • NewMembers earn Credits for taking part in your community.
  • NewModeration adds /warn, /mute, /kick, /ban and /case, plus automod rules.
  • NewTickets open private support channels from a panel and keep transcripts when closed.
