Greet new members in a channel you pick, and hand them a role the moment they join.

Welcome messages

When someone joins, Unum posts to a channel you pick and can hand them a role at the same time. It is on the free plan.

  1. Open Welcome in the dashboard and choose the Welcome Channel.
  2. Optionally pick an Auto Role. Every new member gets it the moment they join.
  3. Choose Text or Embed, write the message, and save.
  4. Save once before using the ON/OFF switch. It stays disabled until a configuration exists.

Three placeholders fill themselves in: {user} for the joining member, {server} for the server name, and {memberCount} for their number in the server. In Text mode they work in the message; in Embed mode they work in the title, the description, the footer and any field you add. Use a placeholder anywhere in the text, any number of times.
